Time to understand what is happening
Orthotics are shoe inserts shaped to your feet. Some people find they help with sore feet, heels, knees or back when they stand or walk a lot.
Custom orthotics are made from the shape of your own feet, not bought off a shelf. We look at how you stand and walk first, so you know whether they suit you before anything is made.
Check how you stand and walk
We ask where it hurts, then look at your feet, your shoes and the way you walk.
Take the shape of your feet
If orthotics suit you, we take the shape of each foot so the inserts can be made to fit.
Pick up and check the fit
When they are ready, you come back to try them in your shoes. We check the fit and explain how to get used to them.
Questions before you book
Practical details about your first visit, appointment times and getting here.
Do I need a prescription?
Many insurance plans only pay for custom orthotics with a doctor's note or prescription. Check your plan before you book, or call us to ask.
How do I know if orthotics are right for me?
We look at your feet and how you walk before anything is made. We talk through what we find, and you decide.
Will they fit in my shoes?
Bring the shoes you wear most. We aim to fit the inserts to them, and we tell you if a shoe is a poor match.
How long until they are ready?
We tell you at your visit when to expect them, and we call you when they are in.
